Everything one event needs
From the moment tickets go on sale to the final post-event report.
Multi-tier tickets
Sell general admission, VIP, concession, group and add-on tickets side by side, each with its own price, allocation and description.

Reward early buyers with time- or quantity-limited early-bird tiers that close automatically and roll on to standard pricing.
Promo codes
Create percentage or fixed-amount discount codes for partners, press, sponsors and email campaigns, with usage limits and expiry dates.

Built for single events of any kind
If it happens on a date and people need a ticket to get in, ApexGo runs it end to end.
Event ticketing software is the system that takes a one-off event from announcement to sold out. ApexGo is built for exactly that: a single show, night or gathering with a fixed date, a fixed capacity and a door people walk through. Comedy nights, live music, club nights, conferences, workshops, charity galas, quiz nights, supper clubs, awards dinners, screenings, talks and pop-ups all run on the same simple flow — create the event, set your tickets, share the link, and watch sales come in.
Unlike a generic events marketplace, ApexGo is white-label. Customers buy from your own branded site, on your domain, in your colours, with no "powered by" badge and no third-party logo competing for attention. That keeps the booking experience yours from the first click to the confirmation email, which matters when you have spent time and money driving people to your event. Whether you run one event a year or one a week, the same toolkit handles ticketing, payment, entry and reporting.
Who it's for
ApexGo suits anyone selling tickets to a defined event rather than running a recurring programme or a multi-day festival. It is a strong fit for:
- Independent promoters and event organisers putting on gigs, comedy and club nights.
- Community groups, charities and clubs running fundraisers, dinners and socials.
- Businesses and associations hosting conferences, workshops and networking events.
- Anyone who wants a professional branded checkout without building one from scratch.
If your event spans several days with camping and bars, the festival workflow is a better fit; if you run a recurring programme at a fixed address with a permanent box office, look at venue ticketing. This page is about the single event: get it set up fast, sell it out, run the door, and learn from the numbers.
Ticket tiers, early-bird and promo codes
Price the room to fill it, and give every campaign something to track.
The way you price an event shapes how fast it sells. ApexGo lets you build as many ticket tiers as you need and sell them at the same time. A typical event might run a discounted early-bird tier, a standard general-admission tier, a higher VIP or front-row tier, a concession price for students or members, and a group rate for tables of six or more. Each tier carries its own price, allocation, description and on-sale window, so the right options appear at the right moment without any manual switching on the night before.
Early-bird pricing that closes itself
Early-bird tiers build momentum while interest is fresh. Set a lower price for the first batch of tickets and cap it by quantity, by date, or both. When the early-bird allocation sells out or the deadline passes, ApexGo closes that tier automatically and moves buyers on to standard pricing — no need to log in at midnight to flip a switch. That early urgency gives you proof of demand, cash up front to cover deposits, and a list of committed attendees to build on.
Promo codes for every channel
Promo codes do double duty: they discount tickets and they tell you what is working. Create percentage or fixed-amount codes for press, sponsors, partners, members and email campaigns, each with its own usage limit and expiry date. Give a radio station one code and your newsletter another, and the post-event report shows you exactly how many sales each one drove. You can also run a free or comp tier for guests and performers — free tickets carry no transaction fee at all.
Marketing that ties back to sales
Every order generates a branded confirmation email, so attendees get a clean, on-brand receipt and QR ticket. Exportable buyer data and API access let you push attendees into your email platform or CRM to follow up, upsell add-ons, or invite them to your next event. Because sales tracking is real time, you can watch a campaign land the moment it goes out and react — extend an early-bird, release more capacity, or push a fresh code — while there is still time to sell.
Manage capacity and check people in fast
Never oversell, never hold up the queue.
A sold-out event is only good news if your numbers are right. ApexGo enforces a hard capacity for the whole event and separate allocations for each ticket tier, and every sale counts down live. When the last ticket goes, the checkout closes itself — there is no window where two buyers can claim the same final spot. That protection holds across every sales channel at once, so an online order and an on-the-door sale draw from the same pool and the total can never drift above your true capacity.
Box office mode for on-the-door sales
Plenty of attendees decide on the day, so selling on the door has to be just as smooth as selling online. ApexGo includes a box office POS that lets your team take payment at the entrance by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash. Those sales issue the same valid ticket and draw down the same capacity, so your reporting stays accurate whether someone booked three weeks ago or thirty seconds ago. It means you can keep selling right up to the point you genuinely fill the room.
Check-in that keeps the queue moving
On the night, staff scan each QR code with an ordinary phone — no dedicated hardware to hire or charge. Every ticket validates exactly once, so duplicates, forwarded screenshots and reused codes are flagged immediately. Check-in updates live, so anyone scanning at any door sees the same up-to-the-second list, and you always know how many people are actually inside versus how many tickets you sold.
Access requirements handled up front
Custom checkout questions let you capture what you need before doors open — wheelchair spaces, companion tickets, dietary requirements, accessibility seating or anything specific to your event. The answers attach to each order and export with your attendee list, so your team can reserve the right spaces and brief the door in advance rather than improvising on the night.
Report, learn and price the next one
Get started free and keep what you learn for next time.
The work isn't finished when the lights go up. ApexGo's post-event analytics turn each event into a record you can act on. See total revenue, tickets sold by tier, how each promo code performed, how many people actually checked in versus how many bought, and how sales built over time. That tells you whether your early-bird closed too early, which discount codes earned their keep, and where the demand really sat — VIP, general or concession — so you can price the next event with evidence instead of guesswork.
What it costs
ApexGo is free to start. The Starter plan is £0 and you only pay a transaction fee of 1% + 10p per paid ticket. Free tickets incur no fee at all, which makes the platform genuinely usable for community and not-for-profit events. Growing organisers can move to Essentials at £49/month or Pro at £99/month for more, and Enterprise is available for larger operations. There are no contracts and you can cancel any time.

Frequently asked questions
Can I offer refunds for an event?
Yes. You set your own refund policy and can refund a single ticket or a whole order from the dashboard if an event changes or a customer can't attend. Refunds return to the original payment method. You choose whether the transaction fee is retained, and your policy is shown at checkout.
Does it work for multi-day events?
It does. You can sell a single ticket covering all dates, or separate tickets per day or per session as distinct tiers. Capacity and check-in are tracked independently for each, so a Saturday-only ticket won't scan in on Friday. For large multi-day festivals, see our dedicated festival page.
Can attendees transfer or resell tickets?
Buyers can transfer a ticket to another guest by updating the attendee name, and organisers can reassign or reissue tickets from the dashboard. Because every ticket carries a unique QR code that validates only once, transferred tickets stay secure and the original copy is voided automatically.
Can I collect accessibility and access requirements?
Yes. Add custom checkout questions to capture wheelchair spaces, companion tickets, dietary needs or any access requirement. Answers are attached to the order and exported with your attendee list, so your team can prepare the venue and reserve the right spaces ahead of the day.
Is there a box office mode for selling on the door?
Yes. The same system handles online sales and on-the-door sales. Staff can take card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash at the entrance using the POS, and those sales draw down the same capacity as online orders, so you never oversell whether someone buys online or in person.
Does it integrate with my marketing tools?
ApexGo gives you branded confirmation emails, promo codes to track each campaign and an API plus exportable buyer data so you can sync attendees into your email platform or CRM. Real-time sales tracking lets you see exactly which channel or code is driving ticket sales.
